Our Mission
The World Spelling Organization is a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring every speller's right to play without barriers, by creating competitive opportunities for spellers of all ages and all skill levels. Our goals are to promote the growth of spelling bees as a professional event worldwide, provide platforms for the development of talented spellers, and deliver thrilling spectacles for the enjoyment of spelling fans everywhere.
